Executive Resilience & Cognitive Vitality Questionnaire

Purpose: This diagnostic helps you understand which areas of your meta-cognitive and executive functioning are thriving—and which may need re-alignment.  Designed as a personal performance scan, the questions measure executive function, recovery, identity alignment, and cognitive agility, assessing internal capacities for resilience, executive function, and nervous system mastery using the R.E.S.T.O.R.E.D.™ model.
