The questions cover ten key subcategories essential for developing leaders capable of navigating the complexities of modern business environments. Each subcategory will help you assess where your leadership development efforts currently stand, identifying areas that need attention and those that are already strong.

Step 1: Assemble a Team

To get a comprehensive view, consider involving individuals from different parts of your organization, including:

  • HR or Talent Development Teams
  • Senior Leaders and Managers
  • Learning and Development (L&D) Specialists
  • Any other stakeholders involved in leadership development initiatives

This will ensure that responses reflect a broad perspective across your company.

Step 2: Rating Scale

For each statement, rate your organization’s program using the following scale:
